Almost every room at the Enclave at Chandler Senior Living facility was preleased before construction finished in 2019. The highly desired community offers luxury living where occupants receive care levels from independent living to assisted living and memory care.  

The facility is owned by Spectrum Retirement Communities, who hired Olsson to complete survey, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services.

We prepared a boundary and topographic survey, and site grading and drainage plans. We were also responsible for the landscape architecture, site lighting design, and utility plans. Other services included final plat, project management, and construction support.

This is no ordinary senior living center. The community has amazing amenities, including a pool, culinary services, a sky lounge, wellness classes, a hair salon, and activities room. We even designed a bocce ball court.

We’re happy to help engineer a thriving community with extraordinary features and landscaping for residents. The Enclave at Chandler Senior Living won 2021 Best of Senior Living and 2020 Best of Assisted Living awards, according to senioradvisor.com.

We designed innovative memory gardens at all the locations, which is a safe and enjoyable area uniquely designed for memory care residents. The space uses design techniques that reduce stress through specialized colors and materials in environmental settings. Significant consideration is put into selecting plants and materials to keep the space safe and calming for residents.
