Olsson acquires The Process Group

ST. LOUIS – Olsson, an engineering and design firm that focuses on improving the communities it serves, announced on Wednesday that it has acquired The Process Group, a chemical engineering and process design firm based in Chesterfield, Missouri.

TPG’s 15 employees will join Olsson, with most based in the St. Louis metro area.

TPG specializes in chemical engineering and process/mechanical design with a focus on energy; renewables; process environmental, health, and safety; and food and beverage.

TPG now becomes Olsson. Terms of the acquisition will not be released.
