Congratulating our newest Professional Engineers

Most see a professional engineer. We see years of dedication, months of studying, and a bright career ahead.

Over the past year, 39 employees earned their Professional Engineer (PE) licenses. They completed four years of professional experience under a licensed PE and passed the PE exam to become certified. New professional engineers earn a promotion and gain more responsibilities on projects.

“Now that I’ve earned my PE license, the additional responsibility, duties, and opportunity to mentor others excites me most,” said Dillon Holz. “Having these kinds of responsibilities motivates me to perform at my best.”

“My team has been incredibly supportive…and knowing my group believes in me feels great."

Adji Witjaksono noticed his colleagues' encouragement throughout the process. “My team has been incredibly supportive…and knowing my group believes in me feels great,” he said.

Drake Harrington also appreciates the firm's support in earning his certification, saying “Olsson allowed me to attend technical seminars, manage construction projects, and provided study materials to help me earn my PE license."
