Our people are our greatest asset.

Some companies say it – we really mean it. At Olsson, we exist for our employees, not the other way around. We have more than 1,000 employees and we’re looking to hire team members who value collaboration, demonstrate personal accountability, and who enjoy what they do. Our aim is to place people in their best role, to nurture and develop their skills, and to provide them with project opportunities that make the world a better place.

If you’re looking to bring your passion, talents, and personality to work every day, if you’re looking to be challenged, inspired, and championed, we’re looking for you.

Our Work

At Olsson, creativity isn’t stifled – it’s encouraged and expected.

We’re made up of people who use their creative ability to solve problems and who aren’t afraid to try new things. We value teamwork, collaboration, and having fun. We work hard as a team, share responsibility as a team, and celebrate as a team.

Our goal hasn’t changed since we were founded in 1956. We’re here to improve communities by making them more sustainable, better connected, and more efficient.

Simply put, we work to leave the world better than we found it.

And we’ve proven this approach is successful. We’re a top 100 design firm based on Engineering News-Record’s national list of Top 500 Design Firms. You could say our hard work really does pay off.

Community Involvement

We have a long history of investing in and helping our communities, dating back to 1956 when our founder established a legacy of serving others through giving of our time, talents, and resources.

At Olsson, we actively support education, communities, and the environment, funding nonprofit organizations that improve the lives of the people and the communities we serve. We are also an active participant in local United Way campaigns in communities where our offices are located to help those who are less fortunate.

As you can see, community involvement isn’t just a box we check once a year. At Olsson, giving back is a way of life.
