Lincoln, Nebraska (June 7, 2024) – For the fifth consecutive year, Olsson has been named one of Lincoln’s best places to work.

We earned top honors in the extra-large company category of companies with more than 200 employees. Lincoln’s Best Places to Work is a program that identifies the city’s businesses that have created positive work environments for their employees.

“It’s an honor to be recognized again as a best place to work in Lincoln,” said Nick Steinke, local area leader of Olsson’s Lincoln office. “Our incredible employees drive our success and their passion and dedication help create a positive culture and work environment. Winners were selected based on survey results within small, medium, large and extra-large company categories. Employees at participating companies complete an online survey, which measures employee engagement and other workplace factors, including communication and resources; individual needs; manager effectiveness; personal engagement; team dynamics and trust in leadership.

The Best Places to Work in Lincoln program is sponsored annually by Woods & Aitken, the Lincoln Journal Star and the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association.
