Brad Strittmatter

CEO And Chairman of Olsson

Brad focuses on developing and strengthening Olsson’s position in the consulting industry and establishing the firm’s long-term vision and strategy. He also works with leaders to identify and evaluate growth strategies and decides how to best allocate the firm’s resources and engage with communities. Under his direction, the firm has seen steady growth and now employs more than 1,600 employees; and completed a rebranding effort in 2018 that resulted in a new name and visual identity for the company. A civil engineer, Brad joined Olsson in 1996 and served as a project manager for commercial and residential development projects. Brad served as executive vice president from 2007-2009 and oversaw the firm’s market sector leadership and growth initiatives. He was named president in 2009 and CEO in 2016. 

Brad is involved in several community groups in eastern Nebraska, including Support Nebraska, the sponsoring charitable organization for the Pinnacle Bank Championship, a stop on the PGA’s Korn Ferry Tour; the Nebraska Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; and the Business Ethics Alliance. He served on the Planning Commission for the City of La Vista, Nebraska, and is a member of the city’s Board of Adjustments. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Brad has led Olsson’s Board of Directors since 2012.

Sharon Votaw

Chief Human Resources Officer of Lexmark

Sharon is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Lexmark International. Her global organization attracts, develops, and engages Lexmark’s most valuable resource, the employees, through talent development; strategic communications; compensation and benefits; workforce analytics; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

After joining Lexmark’s human resources department in 2005, Sharon has held a number of roles, including HR director for the company’s former Enterprise Software division. Before assuming her current role in November 2016, Sharon served as vice president of global compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Prior to HR, she spent 13 years in Lexmark’s accounting organization, including serving as U.S. controller. Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a certified public accountant. She also serves on the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Board.

Sharon joined the Olsson Board of Directors in an advisory role in 2019 and was voted in as a board member in 2020.

Josh Guttau

CEO of TS Banking Group

Josh has served in a leadership role in TS Banking Group since 2003, first as CFO and since 2013 as CEO. TS Banking Group is a $1.2 billion community banking and wealth management group spanning seven states and includes an Ag real estate lending division that reaches nationwide. He is also involved in the ag industry as a producer and serves on the board of other companies involved in health insurance, crypto/blockchain, banking, and international banking industries. Josh holds an MBA from Iowa State University and a Professional Masters of Banking degree from Louisiana State University.

 

Josh has served on Olsson’s Board of Directors since 2013.

Wesley Fields

Office Managing Partner, Kansas City - Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP

A partner of the international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Wesley is a member of the firm's Banking, Business and Public Finance, and Transactions Client Service Groups. For more than 20 years, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of general business matters, with particular emphasis on the representation of closely held and emerging growth businesses and the fiduciary responsibilities of their officers and board of directors. His practice includes planning for the structure and the formation of new business entities for corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Wesley has served as lead counsel to the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Commission for more than 15 years. As a result, he has participated in the implementation of more than 100 economic development projects throughout Kansas City, valued at approximately $6 billion. 

Wesley has a bachelor's degree in political science and African American studies from Yale University and a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. 

Wesley joined the Olsson Board of Directors in an advisory role in 2020 and was voted in as a board member in 2021.

Jeff Lloyd

President of Almita Piling, Inc

Jeff is responsible for leading the strategic planning and managing employees for Almita, one of the most respected helical piling companies in North America. His work includes client relations, industry forecasting, and developing long-term business plans. Before he joined the team at Almita, Jeff spent 17 years at Stantec, a rapidly growing, publicly traded design consulting firm, serving as a member of the leadership team and was responsible for business acquisitions, legal services, real estate, and procurement. He has a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver.

Jeff has served on Olsson’s Board of Directors since 2013.
